We're now looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to help take our brand to the next level. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving brand awareness and delivering engaging campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring every initiative reflects our values and supports business growth. You'll work closely with teams across the business, manage and motivate your own team, and bring fresh, creative ideas that keep Craghoppers at the forefront of adventure travel, outdoor lifestyle, and sustainable innovation.

The impact you will have in this role includes:
  • Supporting marketing materials and brand shoots, including organization and administration
  • Overseeing e-commerce photography and imagery management
  • Ensuring consistency of creative approach and brand messaging
  • Supporting dealer communications and assets management
  • Coordinating marketing events such as product launches and festivals
  • Managing the DofE Partnership and related marketing activities
  • Leading and supporting the marketing team
  • Developing product knowledge and market insights
As our future Assistant Marketing Manager, you will have:
  • Strong outdoor industry market knowledge
  • Social media expertise and experience in brand growth strategies
  • Experience working with agencies and influencers
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social listening tools
  • Degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
