An exciting opportunity to join the No7 Beauty Company Digital Marketing team as Senior Digital Content Executive for our E-Commerce business for one of our bestselling brands. The opportunity will enable you to showcase your proactivity, decision-making, creative flair & collaboration whilst maintaining real autonomy for our on-site content plans.

About the opportunity

As Senior Digital Content Executive, you will be responsible for strengthening our brand consideration and engagement through on-site content, by managing the creation of both inspirational, on-trend and high-converting Digital content (visual and long-form) that’s both authentic to the brand purpose & in line with our Trade calendar. This role will support the strategic planning & management of our on-site content with a digital first approach.

  1. Own the creation & maintenance of our content calendar for our E-Commerce website, ensuring ongoing hero, hub and hygiene content generation that’s optimised towards brand and trade calendar, across various on-site touch points such as homepage, product lister pages, global navigation and the blog.
  2. Ensure the content plan supports the commercial calendar including new product launches, site exclusives, gifting/seasonal moments and other commercial big-bets to deliver increased engagement and conversion rates. Complete regular reviews of competitor activity for executional inspiration.
  3. Support in the building of new content via our Content Management System and third-party tools.
  4. Support in the development of a content strategy house that defines the role content can play in showcasing both the brand and websites “reasons to believe” and unique point of differentiation such as online services.
  5. Support in the creation of core consumer journeys from off to onsite alongside critical partners in the wider Digital team, including reviewing the Conversion Rate Optimisation testing roadmap to ensure complimentary plans.
  6. Partner closely with our internal SEO expert to ensure all content created is optimised for search to drive organic traffic as well as collaborating on an always on content calendar in response to consumer search queries.
  7. Partner with our broader Digital Marketing teams to advocate for connectivity of content and on-site plans with e-mail marketing, performance marketing & social.
  8. Brief our internal design team on all content requirements, considering best in class digital & brand asset principles, in a clear & timely manner.
  9. Support the development of on-site content enhancements for conversion such as user generated content, reviews & testimonials and influencer content. Support third-party tools where necessary.
  10. Lead on regular performance reviews of content performance and learnings to inform future initiatives.
About you
  • Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing including programmes such as WordPress.
  • Previous experience across Content Management Systems and Wireframing tools; Salesforce Page Builder, Azure and/or Fastr preferred, but not essential.
  • Proven knowledge of optimum content design, layout and wireframing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles for content & technical enhancements.
  • Prior experience in web layout, information architecture, design & proofing preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate brand & commercial plans into content briefs, implementation & maintenance with positive results.
  • Strong stakeholder management & collaboration skills, navigating a diverse set of stakeholders across the business.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • A “roll up your sleeves” and “can do” attitude to problem solving & team working.
  • Copywriting skills preferred.
