We’re BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm providing the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organizations need to navigate today’s changing world. We work with Britain’s high-growth, ambitious, entrepreneurially-spirited companies, advising their owners and management teams.

We’ll broaden your horizons

Our Marketing team drives creativity and growth at BDO. They cover most customer journey touchpoints, including national advertising campaigns, new sales processes, and digital marketing tools. We value ideas from everywhere and support your career growth and authentic self-expression in the office. Stay ahead of market trends, implement ideas confidently, and collaborate across teams. We offer a great work-life balance and purposeful career opportunities.

We’ll help you succeed

Our reputation is built on quality advice, which stems from a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses. You’ll work proactively and independently, while also collaborating with senior managers, directors, and partners. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance our services and influence stakeholders.

This role involves shaping, driving, and implementing national marketing and business development activities for a growth-focused team. You’ll prioritize tasks, influence stakeholders, think strategically, and take initiative. The position is flexible across the UK, with travel to London required.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies supporting growth with a focus on ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and BD colleagues across various channels to provide expertise and insights.
  • Follow up on campaigns with local partners and directors.
  • Promote digital marketing channels and data management through CRM systems.
  • Maintain high-quality credentials, bid, and marketing materials.
  • Support client feedback programs, report on progress, and suggest improvements.
  • Lead campaigns and events, leveraging resources and obtaining support as needed.
  • Drive thought leadership content and integrated marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with colleagues in related departments for seamless GTM strategies.

You should have:

  • Marketing experience at a managerial level or higher.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in professional services.
  • A professional marketing qualification or ongoing learning commitment.

We value your authentic self and contributions. We promote agile working, offering flexible arrangements to suit you and your team. BDO supports your personal goals and career development with structured programs and resources.

We’re in it together

Support and respect are core values at BDO. We foster a people-centered culture with mentoring, coaching, and collaborative spaces. Our people are our strength, and we encourage networking, skill sharing, and continuous learning.

We’re looking forward to the future

BDO helps entrepreneurial businesses succeed, fueling the UK economy. Our success comes from our people. We are committed to innovation, global reach, integrity, and expertise. We shape the future together by empowering creative thinking and continuous improvement.
