This role involves shaping and executing national marketing and business development strategies for a growth-focused team. You must prioritize, influence stakeholders, think strategically, and take initiative.

The role is UK-wide with travel to our London hub.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and delivering go-to-market strategies supporting growth with ROI focus.
  2. Collaborating with marketing and BD colleagues across the marketing mix.
  3. Following up on campaigns with local partners and directors.
  4. Promoting digital marketing channels and CRM system use.
  5. Maintaining high-quality deal and sector credentials, bid and marketing materials.
  6. Supporting client feedback programs and reporting improvements.
  7. Leading campaigns and events, leveraging resources and support.
  8. Driving thought leadership content and integrated marketing activities.
  9. Working with various teams for seamless deal advisory GTM structure.

You’ll be someone with:

  • High-performing marketing experience at manager level or above.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in professional services.
  • A professional marketing qualification or commitment to ongoing learning.
