Customer Experience

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the store manager. You will oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, whilst maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor. Our Assistant Store Managers are encouraged to lead and drive a customer-focused store experience daily. It is beneficial for our Assistant Store Managers to learn and use internal systems and analyze performance to help manage the store's commercial side. In the ever-changing world of retail, we need people who can monitor and manage change. Our Assistant Store Managers must help control and meet sales/performance targets. We’re looking for individuals with strong relationship skills who are confident in coordinating between customers, the team, and the manager. Full knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors, and a passion for our products are essential.
