As an Assistant Manager at Hollywood Bowl Group, you will undergo a thorough induction to prepare you for success and ensure you are fully trained across all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar, diner, and amusements.

In our dynamic environment, you will be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting business operations, fostering fun and positivity within the team, and enhancing the customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the team, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets. You will ensure the centre maintains the highest standards and provides a safe, fun environment for our customers.

To be successful, you will have:
  • Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
  • A passion for customer service
  • Experience in inspiring and developing large teams
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
  • A desire for success
