About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team in an environment where product knowledge is key to serving passionate outdoor enthusiasts. Maintaining a well-presented store and delivering exceptional customer service are essential. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll share your passion for the outdoors and help customers enjoy their adventures.
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a strong commercial mindset, and a flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic and hands-on attitude is important!
