Are you a hands-on people leader waiting for your opportunity to grow into a Restaurant Manager where you’ll get to take full performance ownership of your branch and team?

Our Assistant Managers are tasked with running efficient operations, commercial performance, and above all, strong team leadership.

You’ll complete varied activities ranging from guest service resolution to creating a sales growth plan for your branch.

We are a “walk-in” only business; we don’t need bookings to fill our restaurants!

We’re no office folk here; we expect our managers of all levels to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations of your branch, from hosting guests to taking orders.

• You’ve worked in a leadership role in a customer-facing environment

• At least 2 years working in customer-facing roles

• You’ve worked in hospitality for 2 years or more

It would be even better (but not essential) if:

• You have at least 2 years experience at Assistant Manager level in a table service restaurant or cafe
