Assistant Manager starting from £30,880 per annum plus tronc and benefits

As Assistant Manager, you will help the general manager to organise, plan, and run the business. You will coordinate day-to-day responsibilities and be a great leader, aiding in team development and passionate about your role.

Role Responsibilities
  • When the General Manager is away, you're in charge. Running shifts, managing the team, providing feedback, and ensuring your team embodies our culture and values.
  • Live and breathe the Zizzi customer service journey and coach your team to do the same.
  • Become an expert on our menu, which is at the heart of what we do, and ensure only perfect plates leave your kitchen.
  • Support the General Manager in achieving financial targets and monitor business performance.
  • Ensure the restaurant always looks fabulous.
