Job summary

Austin Rose Associates in London is seeking a Transaction Services Exec/AM/Manager to join a growing team focused on large corporate clients and deal sizes from 5m-100m. You will provide TS for financial investors, banks, private equity, and OMBs, with Partners backing your exposure to larger deals.

The role requires prior TS experience and a recognised qualification (ACA). You will manage teams, lead scoping meetings, and deliver client-focused reports, while developing under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Worked in transaction services for at least 1 year.
• ACA or equivalent qualification; exceptions possible for solid TS experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple deals at a time, lead scoping meetings and prepare formal reports with recommendations for the client.
• Assuming responsibility for larger projects and supporting Partners in larger, more complex deals as needed.
• Managing the corporate team and supporting junior colleagues to ensure timely delivery.

Are you a Transaction Services (TS) Exec or Assistant Manager/ Manager looking for your next move?

Our client is an accounting firm, and their London teams are growing fast. Focusing mainly on large corporate clients, sector agnostic with deal sizes from 5m-100m. You will be providing TS for financial investors banks, Private Equity, and OMB's.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's managed people, loves dealing with clients and wants to gain exposure to larger deals with the support of the Partners.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Managing multiple deals at a time, lead scoping meetings and prepare formal reports to include your recommendations for the client
• Assuming responsibility for larger projects and where needed supporting Partners in larger more complex deals
• Managing the corporate team and supporting junior colleagues with their projects to ensure timely delivery

As the successful candidate you will have;

• Worked in transaction services for at least 1 year
• An industry relevant qualification e.g ACA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with solid Transaction Services experience
