Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service and a top-tier dining experience.
  • Assist in leading, training, and mentoring the restaurant staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Help implement operational procedures to maintain efficiency, service quality, and food presentation standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and contribute to cost-control efforts.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow and maintain menu consistency.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Support promotional activities, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.

Requirements:
