A leading company in the social care sector is seeking an Assistant Manager for its supported accommodation services, focusing on young people and young adults. Assistant Manager
Supported Accommodation, Young People and Young Adults.
Location: Halifax and Surrounding Area
Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week (Based on a Rota)
Salary Range: £33,764 DOE
Shifts: Yes
Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern inclusive of night-time support allowance.
Average of 10 sleep-ins per calendar month. (Additional hours can be offered)
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced social care support worker seeking career advancement.
In this hands-on role, you will gain valuable management skills, experience, and knowledge while also deputising for and working alongside the Area Managers.
