The Opportunity:

KPMG's Strategy & Performance Transformation practice seeks candidates for an Assistant Manager role, with experience in Industrial Markets and Defence (IM&D). The role involves working on core propositions such as Enterprise-wide Transformation, Growth Strategy, Cost and Operational Strategy, and Due Diligence.

The team is part of KPMG's Strategy Group, delivering value by challenging conventional thinking and executing with rigor. We work closely with clients' senior executives to identify and implement transformation initiatives that create value and foster sustainable business strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise effectively with clients and act as an ambassador for KPMG
  • Design and manage projects and workstreams with limited oversight
  • Deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and challenge senior colleagues and clients
  • Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing
  • Construct detailed financial and business models with scenario analysis
