• Assess client-developed commercial solutions using practical experience and insight.
• Own small workstreams within projects and contribute to larger ones, collaborating with team leads.
• Analyze data and evidence effectively.
• Develop solutions to complex problems, challenging senior colleagues and clients.
• Produce client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, spreadsheets).
• Build internal and external networks.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members, supporting their development.
• Participate actively in team activities.

Requirements:
