Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Bembridge, Isle of Wight. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, providing customer service, and maintaining product inventory. Key tasks include assisting customers with sales, helping monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring the store is well-organized, training staff, and resolving customer queries and issues should they arise.
