Job summary

Blackburn with Darwen Council is recruiting two Assistant Managers to help set up and run a 13-bed Residential Care Home delivering short-term, rehabilitation-focused care. The role will support the CQC-registered manager and work with hospital, community therapy and nursing teams to maximise independence for adults.

The post offers a fast-paced environment as the new service is established, with emphasis on safety, quality and multidisciplinary decision making in reablement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing regulated care services.
