In the UK, we are proud to be recognized in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’, one of only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

The role

The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the daily operations of the store. You will support the store manager, ensuring the store's commercial success, and oversee operational aspects of a high-performing store.

What to expect from the role
  • Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets, exemplifying excellent customer service
  • Focus on retail operations: stock control, store procedures, team organization, security, rotas, and sales performance tracking
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the store manager
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales environment and team dynamics
  • Receive thorough training on our luxury products to become a Pandora product expert and develop the team’s potential
The successful candidate

Our assistant store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player who can deliver an unforgettable Pandora experience.

Experience with a leading brand or consumer retailing is preferred. We seek individuals who embody our core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Key qualities include:

  • Proven sales and profitability driving experience
  • A passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora’s products and values
  • Well-presented appearance and a passion for retail

  • Competitive salary
  • Monthly bonus of 10% (up to 20% with stretch targets)
  • Jewellery allowance for personal expression
  • Access to discounts via our benefits platform
  • Support for health, wellbeing, and financial advice through ‘Retail Trust’
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
