Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to be discussed further at interview.

The Role

Our Assistant Store Managers go beyond just great management skills; they share their expertise and support their team to grow and develop. You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead your team to beat sales and service targets. Together, you will identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, while maintaining strict cost and stock control.
