Our Assistant Managers are the key to a successful shop operation. The Assistant Managers are internally known as Kitchen Managers as they support the General Manager by managing the kitchen and the team. They are accountable for People, Quality, Standards and Profitability within their shop.

main responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen through constant MBWA (Managing By Walking Around).
• Ensure the production of beautiful food according to the itsu standards and in line with customer needs to maximise sales.
• Comply to all health & safety policies to ensure all the products we serve to our customers are safe.
• Ensure EHO 5 stars are achieved.
• To complete the weekly stock count & administration processes accurately and consistently.
• Look after the training and development of your team through succession planning.
• Lead and motivate the team by promoting and living the itsu qualities.
