A leading retail company in Bournemouth seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Leader in delivering excellent customer care and operational standards. The role involves leading and inspiring a team, ensuring stock availability, and achieving performance goals through coaching. As an Assistant Manager you will support your Store Leader to deliver excellent customer care and operational standards every day by connecting with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs. Working across both retail and pharmacy, you will lead and inspire your team by demonstrating your leadership skills on the shop floor, showcasing how to provide brilliant service and care.
