We provide a diverse range of organisations with business and financial advice to support this. Our insights empower clients to make big decisions about the future and unlock sustainable growth. We focus on quality and integrity, helping businesses, communities, and our people to flourish.

We advise real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, private investors, and the public sector on investment into UK and pan-European real estate, providing tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence advice across all sectors including commercial, office, student housing, industrial logistics, retail, and hotels.

We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help balance work and life.

As an Assistant Manager within our Real Estate Tax (RET) team, you will:

  • Be part of a high-performing team with considerable sector experience, working with high-profile clients and on challenging projects.
  • Work on multi-jurisdictional transactions across real estate and infrastructure, with current deals ranging from £60m to over £1bn, offering opportunities for rapid promotion.
  • Take ownership of your work, leading client interactions, project delivery, and collaboration with the wider tax teams, supported by experienced colleagues.
Knowing you’re right for us

The minimum criteria you’ll need as an Assistant Manager in RET include:

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent
  • UK Tax experience

Preferred but not essential skills include experience in UK Corporate Tax, participation in business development, and tax compliance advising.

Knowing we’re right for you

We foster an inclusive culture that values diversity and respects all colleagues. Our open environment encourages interaction with leaders who are interested in your growth. We support bringing your whole self to work and pursuing your passions both inside and outside of work.

Beyond the job

We believe life extends beyond work. We offer flexible working options and support work-life balance. Your contributions can have a broader societal impact through activities like secondments, charity fundraising, or supporting entrepreneurs in developing countries. Our values—purposefulness, curiosity, candor, and kindness—guide us.

We seek individuals eager to contribute, innovate, and exceed expectations, committed to doing what’s right for the firm, clients, colleagues, and themselves.
