Experience and Requirements:

• A background in Technology/Software
• 3-4 years within the R&D tax space

Responsibilities:

• Client Lead and Project Manager: Lead client engagements, act as main contact, coordinate with clients, colleagues, and HMRC to optimize claims and meet deadlines.
• Subject Matter Expert: Strong understanding of technical concepts within Technology and Software, as well as R&D tax.
• Spokesperson: Participate in sales, marketing activities, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Mentor and Leader: Support and mentor junior staff, assist in managing IT teams, and contribute to training and process improvements.
• Quality Controller: Ensure technical assessment compliance with HMRC guidelines and uphold quality standards.
