Job Description:

Summary: M2R Education is collaborating with a training and development company that provides various public services, including employment support, skills training, independent living, and prison education. Recognized as one of the Top 25 Education and Training providers, they operate at HMP Highpoint.

The role involves supporting the Education Manager in managing the curriculum, ensuring learner and employer needs are met, including delivery of Functional Skills, Personal & Social Development, and work-based programs. You will lead on quality assurance for functional skills and drive innovation among tutors to raise standards and meet performance targets.

Due to the nature of this role, a driving license and access to personal transport are essential.

Requirements:
