Clarks in Enniskillen is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and daily operations.

You will play a hands-on role, drive customer service, manage KPI performance, and ensure store standards. The role requires flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and holidays, and proficiency with POS, inventory, and office tools.

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles.
• Comfortable driving KPI performance and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a team.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience with POS, inventory management, and standard office tools.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role is a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational management.
