Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Hatfield to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role blends leadership, customer service, and operational management with a hands-on approach.

You will lead by example, coach staff, manage stock and POS tasks, and help achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. The position offers growth in a renowned footwear brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable driving KPIs and delivering results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
