Responsibilities include:

• Assessing clients' procurement capabilities against best practices, identifying improvement areas in people, processes, and technology.

• Evaluating insource/outsource options for back- and middle-office and frontline services, including outsourced contracts.

Requirements:

• Experience in designing and delivering solutions within consulting, design, technology, or industry backgrounds.
• Exposure to customer-centric front-office transformation programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Experience leading workstreams and deliverables for clients.
• Understanding of agile delivery methodologies.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working in fast-paced environments with conflicting priorities.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at all levels.
