Industry-leading corporate and fund services provider is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver professional private equity administration services to a diverse client portfolio. The role involves supporting the Manager in supervising the fund administration team, overseeing administrators' work, and ensuring completion of periodic reviews, bookkeeping, accounts preparation, fee collection, and debt management.
The ideal candidate should hold a professional qualification (such as CGI or equivalent) and possess at least 7 years of relevant private equity or fund administration experience. A strong technical understanding of closed-ended fund administration, Jersey Company Law, and tax implications of various structures is essential.
Applicants must have either entitled or entitled to work residential status in Jersey.
