Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cambridge to support the Restaurant Manager, steer the team and ensure superb guest experiences. You’ll help run busy shifts, deliver great service, and ensure every pizza leaving the kitchen is a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and help steer the team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support the Manager in leading the restaurant, delivering service and ensuring pizza quality.
• Inspire, coach and develop the team to create a supportive environment.
• Handle busy shifts, customer feedback and back-stage logistics.
• Monitor stock levels and staff schedules to keep balances in check.
• Step in when the Manager is away to maintain Franco Manca standards.
