We’re looking for a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team in Pho Edinburgh.

Salary offer of up to £38500 includes earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of Restaurant Management experience, whether in a bar or restaurant, or a bit of both.
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development, and rota scheduling.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day, e.g., Acquire for stock ordering.
