This role offers the opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, developing your regulatory knowledge, specifically around auditor independence requirements, whilst liaising with internal customers of all grades across the firm. • Manage a team supporting employees' maintenance of financial interests to monitor compliance with Personal Independence requirements.
• Support management and liaise with stakeholders regarding the Global Independence Monitoring System.
• Ensure timely workflow completion to meet team goals and reporting deadlines.
• Understand the Global Independence Monitoring System and its interdependencies.
• Build a solid understanding of Personal Independence rules.
• Manage team workflow, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Support development and performance of team members, applying consistent performance rating tools.
• Conduct quality reviews within the team and provide feedback for growth.
• Maintain prompt communication with internal and external parties, reporting exceptional matters to Senior Management.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Manage diverse teams within an inclusive culture that recognizes contributions.
