As a result of the work that we do, we require applicants to hold or be capable of obtaining UK National Security Vetting, the requirements for which could include but not be limited to having resided in the UK for at least the past 5 years and being a UK national or dual UK national. We are seeking a talented individual to manage work streams on client engagements and to take a pro-active business development role by building relationships with clients. Typically, client engagements would cover at least one of the following areas: Target Operating Model Design, Organisational Redesign, Financial Recovery Programmes, Service Improvement, Back-Office Transformation and Digital Transformation.
You would need knowledge and skills in Behavioural Change Management, Organisation Development and ideally in one other area:
