Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Payroll Bureau team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Payroll Bureau.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple clients.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
  • Support the Payroll Manager in strategic planning and process improvements.
  • Support the payroll manger with assisting and mentoring the team.
Qualifications:
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPP) is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in BrightPay software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/remuneration package on offer will be at market rates in line with knowledge and experience.
