Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Payroll Bureau team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Payroll Bureau.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple clients.
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Manage and resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
- Support the Payroll Manager in strategic planning and process improvements.
- Support the payroll manger with assisting and mentoring the team.
Qualifications:
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPP) is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in BrightPay software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
