The What...

As an Assistant Manager, you will undergo a comprehensive induction to prepare you for success and ensure you are fully trained across all areas of the busy centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.

In our fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in delivering the Hollywood Bowl experience by supporting efficient centre operations, fostering fun and positivity within the team, and enhancing the customer journey.

Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the team, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets.

You will ensure the centre maintains the highest standards of service and safety to create a fun and secure environment for customers.

To be successful, you will have:
  • Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
  • A passion for customer service
  • Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
