Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to supervise a busy centre, including lanes, bar and diner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of guest experience.

You will receive a thorough induction and ongoing development through our Centre Manager in Training programme, with ample opportunities to progress. The role emphasizes coaching a large team, delivering excellent service, and achieving centre targets.

Formación

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passion for customer service and guest experience.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Strong desire for personal and career success.
