Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Colchester to lead a busy centre, overseeing lanes, bar, diner and amusements. You will guide and develop the team, ensure smooth customer flows, and contribute to a fun, safe environment.

You’ll undergo a thorough induction, receive ongoing support, and play a key role in achieving centre goals while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passion for customer service.
• Experience inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Desire for success.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring the team and running an exceptional front-of-house operation.
• Supporting the General Manager back-of-house to deliver centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre meets the highest standards of service and safety for customers.
