Job summary

Hollister Co. in Gateshead seeks an Assistant Manager to drive sales and deliver best‑in‑class customer service. You’ll lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, staff scheduling and payroll, while training a collaborative team and maintaining compelling visual displays.

You’ll apply product knowledge and brand awareness to guide customers, analyze performance data, and protect assets in a fast‑paced environment. A degree or supervisory experience is required.

Job Description:The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
