The Role
The M&A Tax Assistant Manager will play a key role in developing the firm's M&A tax offering and supporting a variety of transactional projects, including restructurings and refinancing.
Building a market-leading transaction services capability-encompassing M&A tax, M&A advisory, corporate finance, and valuations-is a strategic priority for the firm's continued growth.
Free from audit conflicts, the tax practice benefits from a broad and diverse client base. The successful candidate will work with clients ranging from mid-market and owner-managed businesses to large multinationals, private equity firms, investment funds, and institutional investors.
This role offers exposure to M&A tax engagements, broader transactional tax work, and collaboration with the insolvency team on business rescue, turnaround, and managed exit projects. It also provides excellent internal visibility and networking opportunities.
