Be part of the opening of our new store in Cheapside, London! As Assistant Store Manager, your role is to motivate your team and deliver a meaningful shopping experience to customers. You will be second-in-command, ready to support the Store Manager and take charge when needed. Your focus will be on excellent customer service, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

You will serve as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust, recruiting and retaining talent, coaching team members, and assisting with daily business activities.
