Job summary

Chef & Brewer is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in a busy pub environment. You will support the General Manager, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer experiences across shifts. You will train and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and promote safety for customers and the team.

Job Description

As Assistant Manager, you’llbe at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...
