Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager at Farmhouse Inns Brindley Farm (Stoke-on-Trent). You will join the management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub and lead by example to deliver great experiences for customers and staff.

You will support the General Manager, drive brand standards, train and develop the team, and ensure safety and allergen controls are followed on every shift.

As Assistant Manager, you’llbe at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
