Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Watford is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Harvester with live-in accommodation. You will support the General Manager, lead your team to deliver excellent guest experiences, and mentor individuals to be the best they can be.

- Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
