The successful Assistant Manager candidate will:

• Be highly motivated with a focus on customer service
• Have a strong background in food and hospitality
• Report to the General Manager and assist in daily duties and operations
• Manage, motivate, and develop a team to meet company standards
• Liaise with chefs, hotel management, and suppliers
• Conduct stocktakes and place orders
• Handle accounts management

Assistant Manager duties include:

• Managing day-to-day shifts in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Supporting the General Manager and management team to uphold company values
• Leading the team to deliver excellent service
• Performing administrative tasks related to food and beverage operations
• Leading by example in a busy environment
• This role may require sleepovers and responding to guests’ needs during the night
