Job Description:

Highly competitive salary, monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets achieved (with the potential of 20% if stretch targets achieved), generous employee discount, annual jewellery uniform allowance and other excellent benefits!

We are currently seeking an organised, pro-active and results-driven assistant store manager to join our team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to beat targets, and providing world-class service, we'd love to hear from you!

In the UK, we are proud to have been recognized in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’, one of only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

The role

The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the daily operations of the store. Reporting to the store manager, you will support them in ensuring the store's commercial success and manage operational aspects of a high-performing store.

About Pandora

The largest jewellery company in the world, we craft and sell jewelry that celebrates people's loves daily. With nearly 7,000 points of sale worldwide and a strong online presence, we are committed to sustainability across sourcing, materials, and marketing.

Our people

Our global team of over 33,000 passionate individuals drives Pandora’s success. We foster an energizing, ambitious culture where authenticity and excellence are valued. We invest in our talent and seek individuals aligned with our values to help us grow.

What to expect from the role
  • Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets, exemplifying exceptional customer service
  • Focus on retail operations including stock control, store procedures, team organization, security, rotas, and sales tracking
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the store manager
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales and team dynamics
  • Undergo comprehensive training on Pandora’s products to become a product expert and develop the team’s potential
The successful candidate

We seek a capable leader and passionate team player who can deliver an exceptional Pandora experience. Experience with leading brands or consumer retail is preferred. We value candidates who embody our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven sales and profitability growth in retail
  • A passion for customer service excellence
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora
  • Well-presented appearance and a passion for retail products
Why work with us?

Our people are key to our success. We offer a competitive rewards package, including:

  • Competitive salary
  • Monthly bonus of 10% (potentially 20% for stretch targets)
  • Jewellery uniform allowance
  • Access to discounts via our benefits platform
  • Support for health, wellbeing, and legal needs through ‘Retail Trust’
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
