Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager for the Pilot pub to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll mentor staff, train the team, and act as Duty Manager when needed. The role offers progression, staff discounts across brands, a pension, and holiday entitlement, all while working in a beloved UK pub brand.
