Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager in Scotland to join our busy pub management team. You will support the General Manager, lead the team, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and safety.

• Experience delivering engaging customer experiences in a busy hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and leadership to get the best out of a team.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.
• Keen eye for detail and upholding high standards across all areas.
• Proficient spoken and written English and understanding allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead when they are absent.
• Lead the team to deliver amazing experiences for customers and bring the brand to life.
• Act as a role model and support training and development of team members.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
