Mitchells & Butlers plc is recruiting an Assistant Manager for one of its Nicholson’s pubs. You’ll support the General Manager in daily operations, step in as Duty Manager when needed, and coach your team to deliver great food, drink and service that makes guests feel welcome and valued.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
