Job summary

The Black Horse Inn, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will mentor staff, train and inspire the team, and act as Duty Manager when required, helping to drive service standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a hospitality or pub environment.
