Job summary

Venture Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of the management team, helping ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example, making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

You will support the General Manager, bring the brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers, and act as a role model for training and development while upholding high brand

Qualifications

Passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
Great with people, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to think on your feet during busy shifts.
Attention to detail and upholding high standards.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in day-to-day running and lead in their absence.
Lead the team to deliver amazing experiences for customers and bring the brand to life.
Assist with training and development of staff.
Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
