Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at a pub location in the UK. This permanent salaried role offers security and regular monthly pay, with opportunities for career progression through our Aspire programme and management development training.

You’ll lead a pub team, drive guest satisfaction, and deputise for the General Manager when needed, helping the business hit KPIs and deliver great experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that get guests coming back for more.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
