Nando’s Group in Wembley is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead shifts, inspire a high-performing team and deliver legendary customer service. You’ll master shift planning, scheduling and operational excellence to keep busy periods running smoothly and profits growing.

You’ll be hands-on from day one, developing your team and owning the customer journey across Eat-in, Collection and Delivery, with a focus on creating a warm, engaging Nando’s experience.
